When was the last time you felt TRULY happy? Are you feeling overwhelmed by life? Have past traumas left you feeling stressed and anxious? Or maybe you're on a journey to better understand yourself and find lasting happiness. If any of this resonates with you, I can help. As a Taiwanese American who immigrated to the United States at a young age, I know firsthand the struggles faced by individuals from AAPI and immigrant communities. I also recognize the unique challenges the LGBTQ+ community faces, and I'm committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all my clients. In my work, I view my clients from a social justice lens and address systemic issues that impact their mental health. I utilize various therapeutic approaches to help my clients achieve their goals. I am certified and a consultant-level Brainspotting practitioner and use this neurological approach to support clients in processing their rooted traumas. I specialize in supporting people who are experiencing challenges with depression, anxiety, relationships, sexual identity, gender identity, substance use, and men's issues. Together, we can work towards building a happier and more fulfilling life. If you're ready to take the first step, Let's email or schedule a 15-minute phone call with me today.
